A complete head-to-tail grooming experience tailored to your dog’s individual coat, lifestyle and comfort.
Your dog’s groom begins with two gentle, coat-specific shampoos — the first removes everyday dirt and build-up, while the second allows the skin and coat to fully benefit from the shampoo’s nourishing properties. A deep conditioning treatment is then applied to help restore moisture, improve coat texture and leave the coat softer, healthier and easier to maintain.
Your dog is then gently towel dried and blow dried on the grooming table using professional drying equipment. No cage dryers are used, ensuring your dog remains comfortable and supervised throughout the process.
The coat is finished with a full style trim using clippers and/or scissors, creating a neat, practical style based on your preferences while considering your dog’s coat type and lifestyle.
To complete the groom:
🐾 Paw balm is applied to help moisturise and protect dry or cracked paw pads, keeping them softer
and more comfortable.
👂 Ears are cleaned using a veterinary safe ear cleaner to help remove everyday debris and support
good ear hygiene.
💅 Nails are trimmed to help maintain a healthy nail length, supporting comfortable movement and
reducing the risk of overgrown nails causing discomfort or affecting posture.

The perfect maintenance tidy to keep your dog looking neat, comfortable and fresh between full grooms.
A Mini Groom is ideal for dogs who need a little refresh without a full haircut. It focuses on the areas that commonly need tidying to keep your dog comfortable and looking their best.
Includes:
🛁 Bath and Dry - Two coat-specific shampoos gently cleanse and nourish, followed by a deep
conditioner to leave the coat soft, healthy and fresh. Your dog is then towel and blow dried on the
grooming table — with no cage dryers, so they’re always comfortable and supervised.
✂️ Face trim — keeps hair around the eyes and face neat, helping your dog see clearly and
maintaining a tidy appearance.
🐾 Paw trim — removes excess hair around the feet to help prevent slipping, collecting dirt and
becoming uncomfortable.
🍑 Bottom tidy — keeps the area clean and manageable, helping reduce mess and keeping your
dog comfortable.

Your dog’s coat is washed using two shampoos suited to their skin and coat type, helping remove dirt and loose hair. A conditioning treatment helps soften the coat, making the
de-shedding process more comfortable and effective.
A professional velocity dryer is then used to gently loosen and remove trapped undercoat and loose hair while lifting the coat away from the skin — helping remove shedding hair without harsh brushing or causing discomfort.

A gentle facial treatment designed to brighten your dog’s face and help remove everyday staining and build-up.
The blueberry facial uses a specially formulated, dog-safe cleanser to gently clean the delicate areas around your dog’s mouth and eyes.
It helps break down dirt, saliva build-up and everyday staining that can contribute to brown marks around the mouth and tear staining, leaving the coat looking cleaner and fresher.
This treatment is gentle enough for sensitive facial areas while helping brighten and maintain a healthy-looking coat.
A simple but important part of your dog’s overall health and comfort.
Keeping nails at the correct length helps your dog walk, run and stand comfortably. Overgrown nails can affect the way your dog moves, put extra pressure on joints and, in some cases, curl into the paw pad causing pain or injury.
Regular nail trims help maintain healthy feet and keep your dog comfortable between full grooming appointments.
