Policies & T&Cs

🐾   Book via phone, message or in person (I reply within 24hrs).

🐾   A 50% deposit secures your booking (comes off your final bill).

🐾   48 hours’ notice needed to cancel or reschedule.

🐾   Late cancellations: 75% of groom fee

🐾   No-shows: 100% of groom fee

🐾   Please arrive on time.

🐾   Late arrival may mean a shorter groom but full price still applies.

🐾   15+ mins late = appointment may be cancelled (75% fee).

 

Collection:

🐾   Up to 15 mins late: no charge

🐾   15–30 mins: £10

🐾   30+ mins: £20

🐾   Dogs must be fully vaccinated.

🐾   No fleas – if found, groom stops, full price of groom + £30 cleaning fee.

🐾   Matted coats may need to be clipped short for welfare (extra charges may apply).

🐾   I may stop a groom if it’s unsafe or too stressful for your dog.

🐾   Aggressive or unsafe dogs may not be groomed.

🐾   Extra handling fees may apply.

🐾   No sedated dogs accepted.

🐾   Prices are starting from and depend on coat, behaviour & time needed.

🐾   Extra charges may apply for:​

             -  Matting

             -  Fleas

             -  Difficult behaviour

🐾   I am cashless (card/contactless only).

🐾   Remaining balance due at collection.

🐾   Grooming is a service, so no refunds after completion.

📸 Photos & Privacy

🐾   Please tell me about any health or behaviour issues.

🐾   In an emergency, I’ll contact a vet – costs are the owner’s responsibility.

🐾   Photos may be taken for records.

🐾   I’ll only share on social media with your permission.

🐾   Your data is kept safe and never shared.
